In this role, you will:

• Provide customer support via live chat, instant messengers, and email, ensuring timely and accurate assistance

• Handle customer requests and issues with a strong focus on service quality and user experience

• Learn and confidently apply product knowledge, internal procedures, and support guidelines in daily work

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer cases and operational issues

• Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions

• Be ready to work night shifts as part of a rotating schedule

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and tone

• Language proficiency: Russian — B1+; Turkish — B1+

• Customer-oriented mindset with a high level of empathy and stress resilience

• Responsibility, accuracy, and the ability to stay focused in a dynamic environment

• Confident basic computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems

• Availability to work from a personal laptop during the first two weeks of training
